Segment delivery failing on one edge network
Requests through
cdn.vikmen.runwere answered with504from 11:48 to 16:16 UTC. A network filter at our hosting provider had started rejecting connections from that edge network. Players moved toimg.vikmen.run; uploads and transform URLs on that host were not affected. The network is now on the provider's allow list.Resolved after 4 hours 28 minutes.

Elevated transform latency in one region
A node in the northern pool exhausted its scratch space while re-encoding a batch of large AVIF originals. Requests were shed to neighbouring nodes; cached objects were unaffected. Scratch quotas are now enforced per worker.
Resolved after 47 minutes.

Delayed invoice generation
Monthly usage aggregation stalled behind a long-running migration. Delivery and uploads were not affected; invoices were issued the same day.
Resolved after 3 hours.
